Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Guest:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled date will receive [X]% of the total amount paid.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Us:
- In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide you with 1-7 days’ notice and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
- 3. No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for your booking and have not canceled in advance as per the policy, the total amount paid will be forfeited.
- 4. Modification of Booking:
- Changes to the booking date or details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 2 days in advance to request any modifications.
- 5. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7 business days to appear in your account.
